The report reads:

If a defendant’s case is dismissed pursuant to the bill, the prosecuting attorney’s office could be required to reimburse the defendant for court costs, reasonable private attorney fees, and related expenses incurred in defending the criminal prosecution, not exceeding $200,000.” [emphasis supplied].

What do you bet that if this bill ever gets passed, reasonable private attorneys fees are almost always going to be $200,000?
